Bertoli organic pasta is the fruit of three generations of farmers in the countryside of Santa Luce, Tuscany. Our ancient grain is cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers, in soil cared for according to strict certified organic farming methods and regenerative practices that respect nature and enhance the territory.

Every grain is traced with extreme care, selected from traditional Tuscan durum wheat varieties, to create a semolina of the highest quality. Our pasta is handcrafted, with bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperatures, to maintain its porous structure and develop the authentic flavour of organic wheat.

The result is a pasta with a rough texture and resistant to cooking, capable of best capturing condiments and offering a unique, healthy and natural taste experience.
