Organic Spaghetti and Spicy Spaghetti: The Soul of Tuscany on a Plate

If you're looking for a first course that tastes of sun, earth, and passion, this recipe is for you. We've combined our Tuscan Organic Spaghetti, made with wheat grown with respect for nature, with our Spicy Spaghetti Mix, an explosive blend of Mediterranean aromas.

Ingredients for 4-5 people:

• 1 pack of Tuscan Organic Spaghetti (500g)

• 3 tablespoons of Spicy Spaghetti Mix

• Extra Virgin Olive Oil (plenty!)

• A ladle of cooking water

• Optional: A pinch of aged Tuscan pecorino cheese or toasted breadcrumbs.

Method:

1. Boiling: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the Organic Spaghetti. Their porous surface is specially designed to hold the sauce.

2. Awakening the Aromas: While the pasta cooks, heat a generous amount of EVO oil in a pan. Add the Spicy Spaghetti Mix and a ladle of pasta cooking water. Let the mix rehydrate over low heat for 2 minutes: you'll feel the intensity of the chili and the sweetness of the tomato and herbs being released.

3. Toss in the Pan: Drain the spaghetti very al dente (reserving some water) and pour them directly into the spicy sauce.

4. Finishing: Sauté the pasta over high heat for the last minute of cooking, adding water if necessary, until each strand of spaghetti is shiny and perfectly coated with the spice mix.
