We only work with selected durum wheat, stone-ground and processed with advanced artisanal methods. The result is a healthy pasta, rich in flavor, digestible, with low gluten content and a high protein profile. Every format is traceable from sowing to packaging, with a supply chain that protects biodiversity and food safety.
Our products (durum wheat semolina, egg pasta, spiced and semi-wholemeal) guarantee resistance to cooking, balanced starch release, and a perfect bond with any condiment, from fish sauces to simpler preparations.
