Ingredients for 5 people:

• 1 package of Organic Tuscan Linguine (500 gr)

• 3 tablespoons of Garlic, Oil, and Chili Pepper Pasta Mix

• High-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil (essential!)

• One ladle of pasta cooking water

Method:

1. Boiling: Cook the Organic Linguine in plenty of salted water. Their bronze-drawn texture makes them rough, ideal for "grabbing" the fragrant oil.

2. Infusion: In a large pan, pour a generous amount of EVO Oil and add the Garlic, Oil, and Chili Pepper Pasta Mix. Heat over very low heat for 2-3 minutes: the oil should extract all the aromas and the heat of the chili pepper without the garlic browning.

3. The Secret to the Creamy Sauce: Add a ladle of pasta cooking water to the condiment and mix vigorously to create a light emulsion.

4. Sautéing: Drain the linguine al dente and pour them into the pan. Sauté vigorously for a minute, ensuring that each strand of pasta is coated with this aromatic and spicy oil.

The final touch: For a truly Tuscan experience, add a handful of breadcrumbs toasted in the pan ("poor man's cheese") for an unforgettable crunchy note.
