• 1 packet of Tuscan Organic Spaghetti (500g)

• 3 tablespoons of Spicy Spaghetti Mix

Method:

1. Boiling: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the Organic Spaghetti. Their porous surface is specifically designed to hold the sauce.

2. Awakening the Aromas: While the pasta cooks, heat a generous drizzle of EVO oil in a pan. Add the Spicy Spaghetti Mix and a ladle of the pasta cooking water. 3. Into the Pan: Drain the spaghetti very al dente (reserving some water) and pour them directly into the spicy sauce.

4. Finishing: Sauté the pasta over high heat for the last minute of cooking, adding water if necessary, until each strand of spaghetti is shiny and perfectly coated with the spice mix.
