The Signature Recipe: Organic Orecchiette with Turnip Greens and Tuscan Flavor

A great classic revisited with the convenience of our artisanal aromatic mixes.

Ingredients for 5 people:

Method:

  1. Preparation: Clean the turnip greens, keeping the tenderest leaves and the florets.

  2. Integrated Cooking: Plunge the vegetables into boiling salted water and, after 2 minutes, add the Orecchiette. Cooking everything together allows the pasta to absorb the essence of the vegetables.

  3. The Gourmet Sauté: In a large pan, heat plenty of EVO oil with our Mix. Add the anchovies and let them melt over low heat until they form a flavorful and spicy cream.

  4. The Sauté: Drain pasta and vegetables and pour them into the pan. Sauté over high heat to allow the sauce to settle into the heart of each orecchietta.

  5. The Finish: Serve with a sprinkle of previously toasted breadcrumbs for an irresistible crunchy contrast.
