The Recipe: "Tuscan Spring" Fiocchetti with Prosciutto and Lemon

Ingredients for 5 people:

1 packet of 6-Flavour Fiocchetti (500 gr)

100 gr of Tuscan prosciutto crudo, sliced into strips

Grated zest of one organic lemon

2 tablespoons of our Garlic, Oil, and Chili Pepper Pasta Mix

Extra Virgin Olive Oil and parmesan shavings

The Sauté: In a large pan, heat the EVO Oil and add a pinch of our Mix. Sauté the prosciutto crudo strips until lightly crispy.

The Freshness: Turn off the heat and add the grated lemon zest to the sauce: the residual heat will release the citrus' essential oils.
