6-flavour Papillon pasta, artisanal Tuscan pasta in 250g packages, made with Italian durum wheat semolina and water, enriched with 2% spinach, 2% beetroot, 2% black carrot, 0.6% paprika, and 0.5% turmeric. The colours are obtained exclusively from natural vegetables and spices, without any artificial colouring, thus giving brightness and an authentic flavour. The "Gala" Recipe: 6-Flavour Papillon in Parmesan Cream and Pink Pepper
A white and velvety sauce is the secret to bringing out the rainbow of colours in our Papillon pasta.
Ingredients for 5 servings:

1 package of 6-Flavour Papillon (500 gr)

200 ml of heavy cream or fresh cream

100 gr of grated Parmigiano Reggiano

1 teaspoon of our Garlic, Oil, and Chilli Pepper Blend (for a delicate aromatic base)

Pink peppercorns for garnish

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:

The Cream: In a small saucepan, heat the cream over low heat. Before it boils, gradually add the Parmesan, whisking until you have a smooth and thick sauce.

The Touch of Character: In a large pan, heat a drizzle of EVO oil with a pinch of our Blend. Pour in the Parmesan cream and keep warm.

Cooking: Cook the Papillon pasta in plenty of salted water. Thanks to the slow drying process, the colours will remain vivid, ready to shine on the plate.

Plating: Drain the pasta and gently toss it in the cream. Serve garnished with pink peppercorns, which will add a fragrant note and an additional touch of refined colour.
