The Mini-Recipe: "Perfect" Garlic, Oil and Chili Pepper Spaghetti in 10 Minutes

To achieve restaurant-quality creaminess at home, follow these simple steps:

1. The Infusion: While the spaghetti cooks in plenty of salted water, heat a generous drizzle of EVO oil in a large pan and add two teaspoons of our garlic, oil and chili pepper mix. (It's quite spicy) Let it simmer over very low heat for 1 minute to release the essential oils without burning them.

2. The Risottatura: Drain the spaghetti al dente (about 1 minute before the indicated time) and sauté it directly in the pan with the seasoning.

3. The Emulsion: Add a ladle of starchy cooking water and sauté vigorously over high heat. A delicious creamy sauce will form, coating every single strand of spaghetti.

4. The Finishing Touch: Serve with a drizzle of raw oil and, if desired, a pinch of fresh parsley.
